Overheating in traffic – any decent radiator specialists around Musaffah Shabiya?
I was stuck in stop-and-go traffic on the way back from Abu Dhabi yesterday, and my 2014 Nissan Altima started getting dangerously hot – the temperature needle crept up past the halfway mark and I could see steam starting to wisp out from under the hood when I finally pulled over. I let it cool down, topped up the coolant, and managed to limp it home, but I know I can't just ignore this and hope it goes away. I'm pretty sure the radiator is either clogged or has a small leak, but I'm not mechanically savvy enough to figure out if it's the radiator itself, a faulty thermostat, or maybe just a worn-out hose that's starting to seep. I've seen a few workshops around the area that claim to do radiator repairs, but I'm looking for a workshop that actually knows how to pressure test the cooling system properly and pinpoint the issue, rather than just suggesting a full replacement right away. I really need to find a place that offers professional radiator repair in Musaffah Shabiya, because I can't afford to have my car off the road for days or get hit with an unnecessarily big bill.
